At ALL-IN we, first and foremost, mentor youth and let them know that the community cares. We assure them that they are not alone as they walk through life. Research confirms that quality mentoring relationships has a powerful effect on young people in a variety of ways. Our focus is the whole person.
We build bridges from generation to generation and see our mentor to mentee relationships as iron sharpening iron. Hope is realized when we see youth discovering and using their voice.
Our purpose is to give youth a voice and empower them to use it. There is treasure in every youth, and we are committed to pulling that out by mentoring through our core values.

Faith in Christ is the foundation of true hope. Through hope we find life and purpose.
Relationships are the foundation of who we are and are intertwined in everything we do. Our base for relationships are forgiveness, honesty, trust and love.
Empowerment is when youth have the skills, awareness, and opportunities, to positively impact their lives.
Engagement is when we see youth active in their neighborhood impacting the lives of those around them.
What We offer
At All IN we value activities and outings that allow our young people to experience new things and adventures. With that, safety is of utmost importance and your awareness of what they will participating in. Should you choose to allow your child to participate in these exciting adventures, you must complete and submit the release form.
MEET LOVELL
Born in Los Angeles and raised in Seattle, Lovell comes from a family of four, two sisters and one brother; raised by his mom in a single parent home. Through experiencing the destructiveness of fatherlessness, oppression, and the lack of opportunities in his neighborhood led to a passion for urban youth.
Lovell brings over 10 years of experience working with youth, through basketball coaching, recording music, and leading faith-based youth groups. In 2016, after completing the Washington Initiative for Leaders he discovered his call was rooted in mentoring and began the process of forming ALL IN.
